	Single (shared shower/WC on landing)	GBP 54

	Double or Twin (shared shower/WC on landing)	GBP 65

	Double or Twin en-suite	GBP 75

	Triple (1 double, 1 single) en-suite	GBP 85

	Family (occupancy 4) en-suite	GBP 95

	Family (occupancy 5) en-suite	GBP 105

These rates are all per room, not per person, and include breakfast, service charges and all taxes.

A surcharge of GBP 2 per room is applied for single night bookings.

Cancellation policy and late check-in charges

We can provide the following on request for use in your room:

	Tea/Coffee Making Facilities

	Hair Dryer

	Shoe Cleaning Equipment

Wireless internet access is now available in all rooms. A small charge of GBP 2 per day (or GBP 10 per week) will be made for this service.
