Prices until 31 March 2012 are:

	Single (shared shower/WC on landing)	GBP 54

	Double or Twin (shared shower/WC on landing)	GBP 65

	Double or Twin en-suite	GBP 75

	Triple (1 double, 1 single) en-suite	GBP 85

	Family (occupancy 4) en-suite	GBP 95

	Family (occupancy 5) en-suite	GBP 105

These rates are all per room, not per person, and include breakfast, service charges and all taxes.

Additional Services

Cancellation Policy Etc.

You may cancel any booking up to 3 days (72 hours) before it is due to start. However:

	You may not cancel all but one night of your stay

	There is a 20% non-refundable deposit for stays of 7 or more nights

	A 5% handling charge applies to all refunds

One-night bookings

	Full payment will be taken in advance and is non-refundable

Late Check-In

	After 22:30 a charge of GBP25 applies
